These Terms & Conditions govern the booking, purchase, and participation in the Lazy Pirate Malta experience and any related services offered through this website or through authorized sales channels.

By booking, purchasing, or participating in the experience, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

  1. Organizer

Lazy Pirate Malta is organized and operated by Trendy Group Malta Limited, a company registered in Malta.

Trendy Group Malta Limited is responsible for the operation, organization, and commercialization of the Lazy Pirate Malta experience, whether sold directly or through authorized third-party distributors, agents, resellers, promoters, partners, or online travel platforms.

  1. Nature of the Experience

Lazy Pirate Malta is a leisure and entertainment boat experience.

Depending on the specific booking, the experience may include transport by boat, music, hosted entertainment, swimming stops, food, drinks, bar service, and other related elements.

The exact content, schedule, route, stops, boarding location, duration, and onboard services may vary depending on operational, safety, weather, sea conditions, or logistical requirements.

Any descriptions, photos, videos, promotional material, or website content are provided for general informational and marketing purposes. Minor variations between the advertised experience and the actual experience shall not entitle the customer to compensation or refund whereas the essential nature of the service remains the same.

  1. Booking and Contract

A booking becomes valid only once payment has been successfully received and confirmation has been issued.

The contract for the provision of the experience is between the customer and Trendy Group Malta Limited, except where a third-party platform applies separate contractual terms in relation to the sale transaction.

It is the customer’s responsibility to review all booking details carefully before completing the purchase, including the selected date, time, meeting point, inclusions, exclusions, age restrictions, and conditions.

  1. Third-Party Sales Channels

Tickets and reservations may be sold through authorized third-party platforms, agencies, concierges, street sellers, promoters, partners, or online travel agencies.

Where a booking is made through a third party, the customer may also be subject to the terms, conditions, cancellation rules, and payment policies of that third party.

Any refund, modification request, or dispute relating to a booking purchased through a third-party platform must be handled directly through that platform.

Trendy Group Malta Limited is not responsible for errors, omissions, misleading statements, or unauthorized promises made by third parties that have not been expressly confirmed by the organizer.

  1. Prices and Payment

All prices displayed are in the currency indicated at the time of booking and include only what is expressly stated in the product description.

The organizer reserves the right to change prices at any time before a booking is confirmed.

Full payment is generally required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

The organizer reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking where payment has not been completed, has been reversed, is suspected of being fraudulent, or cannot be verified.

  1. Minimum Age and Identification

Participants must meet the minimum age requirement indicated for the experience.

Unless otherwise stated, the minimum age for participation is 17 years old.

Participants may be required to present a valid government-issued identification document before boarding.

The organizer reserves the right to refuse boarding without refund where the participant does not meet the age requirement or cannot provide valid identification when requested.

Boarding may also be refused if a participant is intoxicated, behaving aggressively, unable to follow safety instructions, or presents a safety risk.

  1. Behavior Onboard

All participants must behave responsibly and respectfully toward crew, staff, and other guests.

  1. Alcohol and Intoxication

Where alcoholic drinks are included or available, they are served responsibly.

The organizer reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to any participant who appears intoxicated or whose continued consumption may create safety risks.

Excessive intoxication does not excuse misconduct and shall not create any right to refund or compensation.

  1. Safety and Swimming

Participation in swimming stops or water activities is entirely at the participant’s own risk.

Customers must follow all instructions given by the captain, crew, and staff.

Entry into the sea is only permitted when authorized and in designated conditions.

The organizer reserves the right to cancel or restrict swimming stops due to weather, currents, sea conditions, or safety concerns.

11A. Authority of the Captain

The captain of the vessel has ultimate authority regarding all safety matters, navigation decisions, and passenger conduct while onboard.

All participants must always comply with the instructions and decisions of the captain and crew.

The captain may, at their sole discretion and for safety reasons, modify the route, cancel swimming stops, return to port earlier than scheduled, or take any other operational decision deemed necessary for the safety of passengers, crew, and vessel.

Failure to comply with the captain’s instructions may result in the participant being denied further participation in the event or removed from the vessel without refund.

  1. Weather and Operational Changes

The experience is subject to weather, sea conditions, technical issues, safety requirements, and operational considerations.

The organizer reserves the right to modify routes, schedules, vessels, departure points, or onboard services where necessary.
